I'm at the part in the video where he shows you how to drag the zip files into the workplace area, but every time I try it tells me it has an error downloading the files into my workspace.

Python Web Development Techdegree Graduate 33,011 PointsHi Emma I think your meant to download the project files then unzip that file and then drag and drop the unzipped files into your workspace.

2,159 PointsI'm having the same problem.. every time I drag and drop into workspace or the grey area it doesn't upload them..

8,362 PointsLike Andreas says you need to unzip first and I've found the drag and drop only works in Chrome, are you using that browser?

185 PointsI've been using Firefox so maybe that's my issue. I've got chrome too so maybe I'll start the lesson in that browser. Thanks for the feedback!
