What is the need of writing text through the design view of the layout as we have already written the text in our code. So I think it would be better if we do either of the two.

4,149 PointsThe answer is really to have a placeholder for when the app loads, I believe. I think it would be a bit off-putting to load into a small choose your own adventure app and not see anything but a blank screen while the texts popped in. If you think there's a better placeholder text (or that no placeholder text would be better), do so and see how it affects the experience!
