7,198 PointsWrite an html doctype lesson (stage 2 HTML first)
I am redoing the beginning lesson since the change today, and on the Doctype lesson, I am correctly adding the doctype but it says Bummer and wont let it go. I then went ahead to make sure I didnt typo, and copy pasted the doctype that is listed in the treehouse source code.
When that didnt work, I went ahead and typed it again, then rewatched the lesson... help?

12,466 PointsI just put this in: <!DOCTYPE html>
and it worked. Not sure why it's not working on your end.

12,466 PointsYou're welcome. I don't think it's technically necessary for it to be all caps, but I guess the code challenge was case sensitive.
