What's wrong here ?

    text-decoration: none;
}

  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0;
  align : center;

the issue was with align, it should have been

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0  auto;
}

Try: a.link (I think) and, near the bottom delete the space in "align :"
