Courses Plus Student 334 PointsWould !gameStarted not be proper? (v.s gameStarted == false)
Is it convention to use gameStarted == false as apposed to !gameStarted or merely personal choice?

65,469 PointsIt is personal choice, but more common and better practice is to use !gameStarted
.
However, in this situation, I might use gameStarted == false
because it is pronounced "gameStarted is false" which makes a little more sense then "not game started". In most cases I'd use the not
operator, though.

Courses Plus Student 334 PointsI guess in every day English it doesn't make as much sense. But for me I've gotten used to talking in bool lol
