i can't load workspaces on my laptop. it keeps "timing out"

The issue was rectified yesterday night but has come up again. Switched from chrome to microsoft edge and it's still the same. I got a mail sying they had to do some emergency maintenance on Workspaces the night before that may have had some delayed effects on some users
