Workspace/resume.html not working at all

I'm so confused, I have my file names correct and everytime I try to open Workspace I can see all the sub categories I have (resume.html & resume.css) but when I click to open everything is a white screen. I'm using the latest version of Chrome and have disabled any pop up blockers. What am I doing wrong? I don't want to keep practicing coding without being able to check my work. Any and all advice is appreciated!
