1,232 PointsWorkspace Runs Really Slow
I am using Treehouse with Google Chrome, on a Linux OS. The Workspace is running extremely slow, often lagging and taking a really long time to respond to the simplest of commands.

1,232 PointsI understand that I can use any text editor to work on building a web page. I was taking similar lessons on YouTube while using a Notepad-like program (Linux). That kind of isn't the point, though. I'm currently on a free week trial, and am undecided on whether I can pay $25 a month for a monthly subscription. If I'm having problems with something as basic as a Workspace program, that doesn't bode well for my decision. Well, that has nothing to do with you guys, I'll keep an open mind and see if things run more smoothly in the coming days.

1,232 PointsWell, I tried the Workspace on my new laptop, and it's working fine as it should. My desktop is seven years old, I don't understand how a simple web program like Workspace can run so badly on it, but it is apparently.

31,009 PointsYou can just set up your own workspace.
html and css doesn't require a server. Neither does javascript. Only your web browser.
