1,391 PointsWorking with a while loop
I'm stuck on what the body of the code should be. Here is the question,
"Create a while loop. The while loop should continue as long as the value of counter is less than the number of items in the array. (Hint: You can get that number by using the count property)"
let numbers = [2,8,1,16,4,3,9]
var sum = 0
var counter = 0
// Enter your code below
while counter <= {
sum + number
}

15,994 PointsThere's a couple of erros in your code. First, in this line you should compare counter with the numbers of elements in the array minus 1 (to avoid index out of bounds error):
while counter <= numbers.count-1 {
}
Second, you need to access the elements of the array using the counter as index: sum = sum + numbers[counter] or just sum += number[counter].
while counter <= numbers.count-1{
sum += numbers[counter]
}
Finally, you need update the counter in order to reach our condition, otherwise will become an infinite loop.
while counter <= numbers.count-1{
sum += numbers[counter]
counter += 1
}
