In the tutorial media queries are added with the min-width property, when the webpage is transitioning from a mobile site to a desktop layout. If the webpage was designed primarily for a desktop and media queries were to be added to make transitioning from the desktop to a mobile device responsive, would the max-width property be added to the media query instead?

@media screen and (min-width: 100px) and (max-width: 200px) {}
@media screen and (min-width: 201px) and (max-width: 300px) {} ....
