Can i upload my website in wordpress without making it in wordpress?

28,149 PointsHey Dipika, I'm not sure I follow - wordpress is a CMS, that uses specific templates for viewing a website built with it. For your website to work as a wordpress website, it'll have to become templates that wordpress can use.
If by "making in wordpress" you mean using a plugin to build your site using "click and drag", then no, you certainly don't have to do that, and a lot don't, you can hand code your templates to build your site, but you'll still be in the wordpress environment to do so.
