Hi Guys, :)
I tried to install WordPress locally using Zac's way but this has not worked for me and I always had the error 'error php not found' when I went to my dev site.
So I came across a link that helped me get up and running. First you need to uninstall all the XAMP you've installed manually then follow the below steps under 'Desktop Server by Server Press'

I hope this helps someone!
