Wondering why code compiles but labels it as an error.

currently I have a string of code at 6:00 in the video. When I type:

model.put("username", req.queryParams("username"));

the IDE recognizes this as an error. The code compiles and runs just fine but I don't want this messing with me in the future. Any help is highly appreciated!

We can't help you unless you post your code and tell us which warning the IDE is giving you.

Update: it seems to work fine and there is no error message associated with it. just a red line underneath the keyword. Thank you for the advice on question posting.
