591 PointsI had the same problem initially. I was dragging the list into the bottom left corner, dropping and nothing.
Make sure that you have extracted the files before you try to drag and drop. Fixed it for me.

6,854 PointsI posted this answer from my Windows 8.1 system. I actually went out and tried it before I posted the previous answer. I opened Windows Explorer, with the Workspaces window open, clicked on the file and dragged it to the lower section of the sidebar. Once the file had been selected I moved the mouse over the sidebar. The square area was highlighted and text saying "Drop files to Upload" was displayed. At the very bottom of the sidebar there was a line of text displayed showing the name of the file being uploaded. If it is still not working you might need to create a folder in which to store your image files. Creating a folder named 'img' should work.

6,854 PointsIf you are using Workspace, it is possible that you will need to drag and drop your file to the bottom portion of the sidebar. With a file or files selected move your mouse over the lower part of the sidebar and that area should be highlighted. Once it is highlighted just release the mouse button and you files should be copied over.

6,854 PointsDo you already have an image file? Does anything show up in it? I had the same problem, initially, when I tried to upload to Workspace. I was trying to drag the files over the the image file that I had created but the files were not uploaded until I dragged the files over to the lower area of the sidebar. If you select a file and try to drag it over the area described do you see a darker gray box show up? If not you may need to contact support.

9,845 PointsYeah, this was the solution for me. I'm on Windows 7. You have to be sure to extract the files first.
If you don't, and you try to drag them over, then the darkened box saying "drop files here" won't even show up.

10,725 PointsI had a similar problem. The darkened box show up, the files was in the list, but the upload never end. The problem for me was that I dragged from the zip file. I just had to extract and drag from the folder. Thanks.
