The app is for small local business. It starts with some kind of animated face, and then it asks "What can I do for you". Then the user can either speak or type in their question.
The answer comes from a bank of questions and answers, entered previously. Either via program or preferably, by the business owner via "controller interface" (another app).
That's basically it, I can do the rest. Please let me know how much you would charge to either deliver the Swift files in x code to me or walk me through it personally.
p.s. I have another solution but I wanted to know if this was possible first.
