Courses Plus Student 11,734 PointsHave you extracted the downloaded images first and then dragged them into the Workspace? Make sure they have been extracted first.

Courses Plus Student 11,734 PointsWould you be able to give us some more information?
- Why won't what work?
- Which files?
- What were you expecting to happen?

985 PointsJohn Steer-Fowler It was supposed to import the files into workspace and make it visible for me to see but when I dragged it inside, nothing happened. The files are PNG and JPG, the project files for the video.

11,607 PointsI feel like I had this happen to me before. I was using chrome. I tried a different browser (firefox) and I was then able to drag the files over and they showed up. Maybe that will help?

985 PointsHow do you extract it?

Courses Plus Student 11,734 PointsI believe you download all the files as a zip file.
When you have the zip open, you can usually click something like 'extract to location' and choose where you want to extract the files to. Once this is done you can then drag the extracted files into the Workspace.
Or you may be able to just copy the files out of the zip file and into a new folder. This should act as an extraction.
