The challenge asked you to update the first drive() method (the one that had lapDriven and barCount in the body) to accept a parameter which you have not done. You are also supposed to change the method body so that it will update the lapDriven and barCount variables by the integer value passed in as an argument.

After the first step your code should look like this:

public void drive(int numLaps) {
  lapsDriven += numLaps;
  barCount -= numLaps;
}

(Obviously, you can use whatever name you wish for the parameter in the drive method.)

The second part of the challenge asks you to make a drive method which takes no parameters and calls the original drive() method passing in a value of 1 as the parameter.

After the second step your code should look like this:

public void drive(int numLaps) {
  lapsDriven += numLaps;
  barCount -= numLaps;
}

public void drive() {
  drive(1);
}
