I thought you have to make sure the battery isn't fully charged so you do the !. then increment mBarsCount
public class GoKart {
public static final int MAX_ENERGY_BARS = 8;
private String mColor;
private int mBarsCount;
public GoKart(String color) {
mColor = color;
mBarsCount = 0;
}
public String getColor() {
return mColor;
}
public void charge() {
mBarsCount = MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
}
public boolean isBatteryEmpty() {
return mBarsCount == 0;
}
public boolean isFullyCharged() {
while (!isFullyCharged () ){
mBarsCount +1;
}
return mBarsCount == MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
}

57,712 PointsHi there,
You have put the code to charge the Kart in the isFullyCharged
method. It should be in charge
.
Make sense?
public void charge() {
while (!isFullyCharged()){
mBarsCount++;
}
}
public boolean isFullyCharged() {
return mBarsCount == MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
}
}
Steve.

5,148 PointsThank you, it makes sense, if the battery isn't fully charged then charge it by + 1 until it is fully charged

57,712 PointsAbsolutely, yes. The
isFullyCharged()
helper method is fine as it is.
