Why the video buffering on this site is so slow. I have Internet speed of 5 MB/S (not megabits , megabyte it is ).

I can buffer youtube in 1024 p that too without any problem smoothly . But this website keeps on buffering every 5 sec ,.Its kind of irritating ,.
