It is my browser's problem. I just switch my browser to Firefox and found the page is already centered.

What browser were you using before? That css shouldn't have caused any of the current browsers any trouble.
Could it have possibly been a case of not saving the css file or not refreshing the page after adding in that css?

11,883 PointsI tried to refresh page many time and I am very sure that I save the file before refresh the page.
I was use IE11.
