why my code doesn't pass the challenge?

store_open = None time = 1 store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18] if time in store_hours: store_open = True else: store_open = False

Similar to your other question, don't assign a value to time. It overwrites the value set by the checker during testing.
