2,568 PointsWhy isn't my code compiling even though it's working just fine in Xcode?
This exact code is working perfectly in Xcode and I don't see any compiler errors. Am I doing something wrong? Perhaps syntax that works but isn't good practice?
struct Tag {
let name: String
}
struct Post {
let title: String
let author: String
let tag: Tag
init(title: String, author: String, tag: String) {
self.title = title
self.author = author
self.tag = Tag(name: tag)
}
func description() -> String {
return "\(title) by \(author). Filed under \(tag.name)"
}
}
let firstPost = Post(title: "My First Post", author: "Nick", tag: "new")
let postDescription = firstPost.description()

6,634 PointsWhat's the complier error you are getting?

6,634 PointsSome one else had the same issue. Check: https://teamtreehouse.com/community/bummer-on-code-challenge-2
Also are getting the issue in the challenge task complier on Teamtreehouse or have you ran the code in an Xcode playground. It works for me and I'm running Swift 2 so.

2,568 PointsThere is no compiler error, that is why I'm confused.
