why is this bad?

i do everithing what i have to do but why is wrong?

membership.py 
store_open = None
store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]
time = 10
if time in store_hours:
    store_open = True 
else:
    store_open = False

Don't set the variable time. The challenge checker needs to set the variable to test your code.
