Looks like the owners of the site moved / deleted the page. Happens sometimes. The course is a couple years old so bound to find a broken link at some point.
Fortunately, you can still see it using the wayback machine
If you've never used the wayback machine before it's pretty awesome. It's lets you see what a web page looked like in the past. Just give it a URL and you can look backwards. Doesn't work for every site, but it's come in handy many times for me.
