Why is the DB Host name not changed on the WP config file.

The database host name in the video remains 'local host' dont really understand why that should be so. I am struggling to follow this part of the course it seems so complex.

Yes, I was also wondering why "localhost" does not get changed.

Is "localhost" still relevant when the site is uploaded to a remote location ?
