Why is my line 5 wrong?

I don't know how to set store_open = True

membership.py
store_open = None
store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]
time = 12
if time in store_hours:
    set store_open = True
else:
    set store_open = False

Do not define a value for time. The grader will assign a value.

Answer to this challenge is straight forward: If statement checks store_hours to time (true). Else statement if not in store_hours(false).

store_open = None
store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]
if time in store_hours:
   store_open = True
else:
   store_open = False

You don't need to use the set keyword to change the values of variables in python Simply

store_open = True

will do
