11,978 PointsI am going to take a shot in the dark and say that you have not declared a background image in the contact-info class and therefore there is no background size it can set.

The css property 'background' is shorthand for which you only include the one value 'no-repeat'
The shorthand might need to include other values
background: #colour url() repeat position;
or you might need to use a single image property
background-image: url();
