why is my code challenge task going into a loop? How do I skip it if I want to and move to the next lesson/video?

At the end of a lesson session, I was asked to take a code challenge which I did successfully. Subsequently, the system kept prompting me to take the next one which I didn't intend to take. Seeing that I had no option to exit before I complete all the challenges, I kept re-running the same code. It kept giving a thumbs-up till the fourth time of running after which it threw up an error(after earlier successful stints with the same code!). ????? So, zapped and wondering how I can just proceed and come un-stuck with this????

Note that there are right/left arrows on the right hand side of the page (whether video page or challenge page), which you can click on to go to the next lesson. Alternatively, you can click on the name of the course at the top-left side of the page to go back to the list of lessons/challenges available or exit.
