why I this code is not passing challenge?

When you instantiate the User class the arguments passed in should be from the command line so the line of code should look like this:

User author = new User(args[0], args[1]);

Then when you go to add the user you instantiated to the ForumPost object "post" you should just put in 'author' as the first parameter then you can add a title and a description of your choosing.
