13,937 PointsDo you use Google Chrome? It could be a browser issue. Switch browsers and log in and see if it works. Thats my advice.

It could be a number of things. But if your payment method isn't being accepted after repeated attempts, we would advise contacting your financial institute to see if there's anything wrong. Please also note that we can only accept credit/debit cards that are eligible for use within the United States.

2,546 PointsI had the same issue but i was getting the error because i am located in Jamaica and we don't have postal codes which is a requirement for making payments, how i got around it was by using paypal. you can also contact treehouse via email
