why false in task 3 console.printf("Because you said "+response+", you passed the test!");

i dont know why it false

Example.java 
// I have initialized a java.io.Console for you. It is in a variable named console.
String response=console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops");
do{
  response=console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops");
}while(response.equalsIgnoreCase("No"));
  console.printf("Because you said "+response+", you passed the test!");

Your console.printf should look like this:

console.printf("Because you said %s, you passed the test!", response);

I would also change your String declaration to have empty quotes above the do while loop like this:

String response = "";
