I just wonder why we didn't create the directions list with recyclerview or listview ? Ben Deitch Thanks hehe :)

7,455 PointsThe check box view object already has the layout shown in the video by default, meaning the box on the left with words on the right. If we were to use a listview or recyclerview, we would have to create a custom listitem layout, as well as adapter which is just more unnecessary work. By simply using a linear layout like in the video, we let android handle things for us.
