Why does the compiler say that on line 6 it cant find the m in return mBatteryCount == 0;

  return mBatteryCount == 0;

It's not saying it can't find the M, the message is saying it doesn't know what an mBatteryCount is.

The reason you are getting this message is because the variable is named mBarsCount not mBatteryCount.

    return mBarsCount == 0;
