Why does .length return 5 instead of 4?

Why wouldn't "H" be at 0?

It is at 0, but that's irrelevant :) .length() returns the length (count) of the object. Even if the index values are 0 to 4, there are nevertheless five letters, and thus the length is five.

Thanks Jacob!
