1,703 PointsWhy do we to spend so much time in customizing the Admin area?
It seems illogical at this stage. Perhaps it will make more sense further along.

12,197 PointsWhen you deal with many Wordpress sites as the same time, for customers for instance, it's going to be much more productive to find all the admin areas organized in the same way, your way.
You will save a lot of time.
If you have to demo your work to a customer, it's also cleaner and better looking. ;-)
So, it's, at the end, a quite important topic. ;-)

When setting up the admin area for clients (non-techie writers and editors), I hide anything that they don't need to use, and make the Admin as clear and simple as possible. My goal is always to make it as easy for the client as writing an email or sending a text.
