Why can't I add the destopserver free version to the cart and check out?

This is the location of the page, and when one scrolls down, there's no option to select the "DESKTOP LIMITED" package and prceed. It's a pretty unfriendly experience in such a well designed page. Here's the link: https://serverpress.com/get-desktopserver/ I'm not sure if it's an error or a new policy. Kindly advise. Thanks!
