Why bother having left and right padding on .main-banner? If it's text-align: centered;, does it really matter?

Unless this is inclusive in one of the many things I'm still learning. Thanks either way.

Hey,

Padding really doesn't have anything to do centering elements. Padding is used for creating more space inside the element, thus making the box bigger.

As text-align you would use that to center whichever content you have in the box.
