Why are the subtitles so far off?

Not a huge problem, but something to bring attention to.

The subtitles of this video are very, very far behind.

I cannot give I solid answer about why the subtitles are so far off (But my money is on a quality control fail). But I will say that I am here responding to you because it is preferable to watching the distractingly off text.
