why am i still messing this up

is it te system exit nd which way should i do that

Example.java 
// I have initialized a java.io.Console for you. It is in a variable named console.
String response = console.readLine("do you understand do while loops");

do{
    response = console.readLine( "do you uderstand do while loops");}

while (response == "No");
  String response = console.printf( "because you said <response>, you passed the test");

Hi Joseph,

Try this instead:

String response;

do {
  response = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops?");
} while (response.equals("No"));

console.printf("Because you said %s, you passed the test", response);

Remember, when you use printf it's print formatted. The %s correspons to the response variable passed in last in printf.
