Why am I only getting 30 sec snippets of videos?

We are doing the$25 trial and would like a good experience.

Maybe it's your browser. I was having the same issue when I first signed up. I switched from an older safari version to google chrome and the issue went away. Hope this helps.

Check your enrollment settings as well. Usually 30 seconds is when you are a member, but not active. Email the support team and they will help you out.
