While loop help

I can't see why the response is telling me 'Incorrect number of prints'

def even_odd(num):
    while start > 0:
        num = random.randint(1,99)
        if num % 2 == 0:
            print('{} is an even number'.format(num))
        else:
            print('{} is an odd number'.format(num))
        return not num % 2
        start = start - 1

    # Since 0 is falsey, we have to invert it with not.

You have the right idea. However, Task 3 asked to build a while that is outside of the even_odd function. 

import random

def even_odd(num):
    # If % 2 is 0, the number is even.
    # Since 0 is falsey, we have to invert it with not.
    return not num % 2

start = 5

# while loop here
