I just tried your code in both playgrounds and in the challenge. The code works in playgrounds but not in the challenge. I think this is the case because the challenge wants you to use "+=" shorthand instead of "variable_name = variable_name + 1". Let me know if you're able to get past the challenge after giving "+=" (shorthand) a try.
