Where to install Xampl folder for desktop server on Windows PC?

The video says Program Files then it says on C: Drive do not put in Program Files. Whicj is it?

It's best to put it on your C drive as it's easier to access there

Yeah, I caught that too. The video contradicts itself. They probably forgot to edit that out.
