Where is the Search and Replace Plugin?

I have looked for the Search and replace plugin from Frank Bultge however I can not find it. Has it been renamed or has the whole restore process evolved so it does not need this plugin anymore. Thanks

I am not sure about the Search and Replace by Frank Bulge(couldn't find it either), however I have used the "Better Search Replace" plugin from Expanded Fronts and Matt Shaw on multiple projects. It does exactly what it says it does and has met all my needs. Hope this helps.
