Where is the file tree to the left of the workspace to add the img.png files? I have them downloaded to my desktop but now gutter to add the files to under Index.html.
I receive the following prompt from my challenge question:
Be sure you add alt text to your Twitter link.
<!DOCTYPE html>

<img src="img/numbers-06.jpg" alt="">
</li>
</ul>
</section>

22,687 PointsHi there,
The prompt is asking you to provide some text for the alt attribute which is not currently on your code. You need to put something like the below for the images:
<img src="img/twitter-wrap.png" alt="Twitter">
<img src="img/facebook-wrap.png" alt="Facebook">
Also, the code challenge is just to test what you have learned and the instruction tells you the filepath of the images which is why you will not need the file tree.

Treehouse Moderator 145,860 PointsHey there,
The challenges will never require you to add files. The error you are receiving is because there is an error in your HTML. The alt
tags cannot have anything else associated with them, so the id=
that is there is incorrect and needs to be removed. alt
tags are on there on and serve the purpose of including additional (or "alternative") information.
Second, the alt
tags need to be included inside of the image tags. They are not a tag themselves, so can not be inside of <> on their own.
Give it another go with this in mind, and maybe give the footer video a quick review.
Keep Coding! :)

Front End Web Development Techdegree Graduate 21,143 Pointsthe challenge question does not require you to see the sidebar that holds the files to this challenge. Your problem is that alt="Twitter" should be inside of <img> like this , <img src="img/twitter-wrap.png" alt="Twitter">. Same for Facebook image, also delete the id since this is not needed for this challenge. If you need to see the sidebar in your own projects in workspace then look at the toolbar at the top of workspaces and click on view, then click on show sidebar. Hope this helps.
