Where is the assigning of usernames on BlueHost?

I am having an extremely difficult time finding all of the options he goes through on BlueHost, can someone who has used BlueHost or currently uses Bluehost help me?

Are you referencing the FTP username's? If so, take a look at the following: https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/ftpaccounts

If you're referencing the cPanel accounts themselves, the following is pretty handy: https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/87
