I used
git add bronze.html
then
git status
But my bronze.html did not appear on the command line. Any help is much appreciated.

6,935 Pointsprobably working in the wrong directory. you had to have done a git init in the directory where you files exist or some parent directory. find your bronze.html file first or check to see what you have listed in your directory with a ls -la from terminal. (assuming you are on linux/mac)
