where is a best place to start to design responsive webpage?

I am an entrepreneur and I have designed our iOS version on sketch. It is time for mobile web version now.. I heard that I need to design mobile web version first and then jump to the web design. I would like to hear your experiences, tools you have used, and any suggestions to make this more effective please. Thank you

I'm guessing your not a developer?

I would recommend Adobe Muse. With this you'll be able to create webpages visually. This from smartphone, to tablet and desktop. It's also useful since it produces a working prototype.

Good guess, I was not a designer as well, but you know how startup environment is like, do it yourself until u can hire a great master.. so I have to cover it for the time being and i gotta be fast.

I have many Adobe stuff installed on my mac, but not the muse.. I will check it out.

But I honestly have a tendency to be able to do it on sketch or some online prototyping tools. I always found Adobe products not simple enough. Thanks.
