Where do I use the .sort() method in order to apply it properly?

The objective is to use ".sort()" so that the list is sorted anytime after an item is added. I have tried for nearly an hour and can't figure out where it should be placed. The error prompts don't help any further than "The items don't appear to be sorted".

inventory.py 
class Inventory:
    def __init__(self):
        self.slots = []

    def add_item(self, item):
        self.slots.append(item)

class SortedInventory(Inventory):

    def add_item(self, item):
        self.slots.append(item)
        super().add_item(item)

Hey Cooper,

This is what it should like. You don't need to call the append method again in the subclass, since super() will take care of that. Otherwise, had self.slots.sort() after super(). Hope this helps!

    def add_item(self, item):
        super().add_item(item)
        self.slots.sort()
