19,350 PointsYou Can start right here @ treehouse with that. I recommend to you this course: https://teamtreehouse.com/library/topic:android/sort:difficulty and https://teamtreehouse.com/library/topic:ios/sort:difficulty
First of all you need to learn a little bit of the programming language. But you can sign up to a course of them to create your first Android or IOS App.

13,074 Pointsnouridine chaabot , there are plenty of resources for becoming a game developer. Stack exchange has a dedicated game developer section ( http://gamedev.stackexchange.com/ ) . We have our own active subreddit ( https://www.reddit.com/r/gamedev ). indie-resource ( http://indie-resource.com/forums/index.php ) is another community I recommend. No man/woman is an island though, so I highly recommend getting in touch with an online game developer community like one I listed above or one of the other active ones. I have found, though, that nothing drives you to make games like getting involved in an in person community. Chances are, if you want to make games, there are people around you who want to make games. Seek these people out, find out if you have a local game development community. These places are great for inspiration, motivation or even just for showing off what you're working on.
If your question is more of what project to start on, a question I constantly asked myself early on, try recreating an already existing game. Unless you're an artist, focus on making blocks move around the screen first then try to implement some rules, maybe make pong or pac-man. The major thing is to just make games. Pick a goal, stick to it, and finish it (this is the hard part so I'll repeat it) seriously, finish it.
